We're a sucker for anything cute. Especially when it takes cheap (or should that be cheep) and nesting (quite literally) to another level! Lover isn't the only one getting in on the candle action, Australian boutique Sambag recently launched some gorgeously scented luxury candles for the home, too. We couldn't be happier to see more Aussie brands jump on the candle bangwagon as they make beaut-iful gifts for almost any occasion. Sambag's signature scents have good pedigree behind them, too. The boutique brand — famous for its ballet flats — teamed up with the guys behind the gorgeous Glasshouse candles to create the four flavours: Vanilla, White Ginger, Mimosa and Japanese Quince. All are divinely packaged in Sambag's signature eggshell blue boxes, complete with polka-dot ribbon tie. Mimosa is our favourite. A gorgeous gift for your Australia Day host.

Pop, Fab and I looooooooove candles. Which means we LOVE Christmas because festively fragranced candles are in season. Trouble is, some of them are so exxy that you don't get much change out of $200. Not the case with Glasshouse. Its Night Before Christmas Candle is just $34.95 so you could be forgiven for thinking it's tiny. But it's not. It's BIG. It has three wicks. THREE, I tells ya. With a burn time of up to 80 hours (yowzers), this limited edition release is a fruity number: it features blackcurrants, plums, lemons, lavender, guaiac wood, oakmoss, rose, spice and a touch of musk. It is ah-mazing. We'll be using it as an advent calendar and burning it every night up until Christmas. LOVE. Do you also heart candles?

Tip: Glasshouse candles come complete with a lid which you can use as a snuffer. This stops the candle from going all wonky, which can happen if you just blow it out. Good. To. Know.
