Jamie Foxx usually looks pretty slick, but in the first pictures of The Amazing Spider-Man 2, he's sporting a straight-up nerdy style. Last week we got a look at Foxx as Electro, but this is the first time we've seen him as alter ego Max Dillon, which was tweeted by the movie's director Marc Webb. Dane DeHaan also tweeted the first image of himself as Harry Osborn — and his icy stare. I'm excited to see more pictures of the other Spider-Man characters we know and love, but these first shots will hold us over a little until next year's release date. Check them out now.

Channing Tatum donned an all white suit to hit the dance floor with co-stars Jamie Foxx and Maggie Gyllenhaal at a party to celebrate their film, White House Down, in Cancun last night. Channing, who was sporting scruffy new facial hair, showed off his dance moves alongside Jamie and also paired off for a dance with Maggie. Jamie, who plays President James Sawyer in the action flick, posed with Channing in front of a mock Presidential portrait for the promotional fun ahead of the film's September 5 release.

Channing has a lot going on at the moment. He has been spending a bulk of his time in London with his pregnant wife, Jenna Dewan, while on location to shoot for Jupiter Ascending. Although he has been keeping up a busy schedule, the expectant pair snuck in a recent double-date with another A-list couple. Channing and Jenna paired up with his Jupiter Ascending co-star Mila Kunis and her boyfriend Ashton Kutcher for a date night at the London Opera last weekend.

Django Unchained: Tarantino Delivers Another Instant Classic

In Django Unchained, Quentin Tarantino mines the Western genre and a chapter of painful American history for a violent story of revenge and a tale of one of the most enjoyable friendships seen on the big screen.

In Django Unchained, Quentin Tarantino mines the Western genre and a chapter of painful American history for a violent story of revenge and a tale of one of the most enjoyable friendships seen on the big screen. Jamie Foxx and Christoph Waltz play title character Django and bounty hunter Dr. King Schultz, respectively, who meet when Schultz frees and recruits the enslaved Django to help him track down his latest targets. The two team up, and when Django confesses his plan to find his enslaved wife, Broomhilda (Kerry Washington), Schultz takes an interest in his tragic love story and decides to help Django find her. It's a surprisingly tender setup for the murderous adventures to come, and that juxtaposition is just one of the many crazy delights of Django Unchained.

Leonardo DiCaprio also stars as Calvin Candie, who owns a grand plantation called Candyland and who happens to be the current owner of Broomhilda. With his flamboyant dress, love of French culture, and charisma, Calvin is full of personality and is completely unpredictable. Calvin's far from the only dynamic character, though; each of Django's major players make this film as exciting as it is brutal. In exploring a new genre, Tarantino has created yet another mind-blowing, distinctive film. Find out what else makes this movie a must see after the jump.

Leonardo DiCaprio Debuts Django in NYC With Cameron Diaz's Support

Leonardo DiCaprio debuted Django Unchained in NYC yesterday.

Leonardo DiCaprio debuted Django Unchained in NYC yesterday. Leo was joined by his co-stars Jamie Foxx and Samuel L. Jackson, as well as director Quentin Tarantino, on the red carpet. Leo, who is currently filming The Wolf of Wall Street, also celebrated alongside pals Olivia Wilde, John Legend, Liv Tyler and Cameron Diaz. Leo and Cameron have been seeing a lot of each other lately, as they were spotted celebrating for charity in NYC back in November.

Django's premiere came just ahead of this morning's SAG nominations. Despite all the awards season buzz around the film, it received zero nominations. Nonetheless, early reviews for Django Unchained are excellent. Australian audiences will get to see Quentin's latest for themselves when it's released on Jan. 24.

See All the Pics From the Emotional, Star-Studded BET Awards

Yesterday's BET Awards, held at the Shrine Auditorium in LA, were equal parts celebratory and reflective as the stars in attendance honoured each other and paid tribute to Whitney Houston.

Yesterday's BET Awards, held at the Shrine Auditorium in LA, were equal parts celebratory and reflective as the stars in attendance honoured each other and paid tribute to Whitney Houston. Beyoncé Knowles looked stunning in Stéphane Rolland and was one of the evening's big winners, as was husband Jay-Z, who made a surprise appearance on stage. Jay and Kanye West took home a couple statues for their work together on Watch the Throne. Kanye's BET date, girlfriend Kim Kardashian, tweeted how proud she was of his "dope" performance. Usher brought the house down with his single "Climax," and D'Angelo made a big return, having not released new music in 12 years.

Perhaps the most memorable part of the evening, however, was the heartfelt tribute to Whitney Houston. Mariah Carey spoke about the legendary singer, and there was barely a dry eye in the house — including Beyoncé, who sang along as she cried — when Whitney's own mother, Cissy, took the stage. Monica also took part, singing "I Love the Lord," while Brandy shared a joyful rendition of "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" and "I'm Your Baby Tonight." Chaka Khan belted out "I'm Every Woman," and Whitney's Waiting to Exhale castmates joined in on the special occasion. Check out all the 2012 BET Award winners here.
