This month we've spotted the tangerine tone (which happens to be Pantone's Colour of the Year), on celebrities like Selita Ebanks (left), Nelly Furtado (upper right), and Janina Gavankar (lower right). This bright hue will work with an equally colourful ensemble, or it can bring a bit of heat to a neutral frock. Even though each of these stars opted for a bright hue, pastel melon shades, pinky-peach shades, and flaming red-orange are also on-trend. Want to try it at home? True Blood is about to get a fresh infusion of actresses: the show has just added Janina Gavankar, Alexandra Breckenridge and Vedette Lim to its cast. Gavankar is playing Luna, a sexy school teacher and shapeshifter. Breckenridge (of Life Unexpected) has been cast as Daisy, a member of the Wiccan cult led by Marnie (the part Harry Potter's Fiona Shaw recently snagged). Finally, Lim is starring as a cage fighter named Naomi. In other True Blood cast updates, Jessica Tuck, who plays vampire politician Nan Flanagan, has now been promoted to series regular.
