How did Friday, and August, come around so quickly? This week we've travelled near and far for new season fashion and beauty launches, caught up with visiting musicians, bloggers and designers, eaten our weight in pastries, played with a few unusual office deliveries and celebrated all things denim in honour of Jeans for Genes Day. Fashion service announcement: tomorrow is Jeans for Genes Day! We don't need much of an excuse to wear our denim to work, so throw a good cause into the mix and we'll be donning our best double-denim ensemble faster than you can say J-Brand-mid-rise-skinny-dark-indigo. Today is Jeans for Genes Day, a major fundraising initiative that helps to raise money for the Children's Medical Research Institute. So as well as wearing your favourite pair of jeans tonight, why not bust out the blues when it comes to your beauty routine too? There's also a perfect lip colour to match denim, plus a couple of accessories if you're not feeling blue! Tee hee!
