Miranda Kerr Greets Fans and Works on Kora Organics In Melbourne
Miranda Kerr made a special appearance at David Jones in Melbourne yesterday. She signed autographs and greeted fans while wearing an intricate Ryan Storer ear cuff and a Scanlan & Theodore black dress. Miranda is back in the country in an official capacity — she returned to the runway on Wednesday for the David Jones A/W '13 Fashion Launch. Of course, Miranda's trip home wasn't just about PR — she also found some time to hang out with her mum and work on her skin care line, Kora Organics. Yesterday, Miranda shared a photo of herself in a lab coat and hairnet at the Kora labs, testing out new products. She wrote, "Spent the afternoon at the KORA lab where the magic is made."
Miranda Kerr Talks Warm Teaspoons, Winter Must-Haves & Date Night With Orlando
When Miranda Kerr walked into the David Jones Bridal Suite to chat to Bella and Fab yesterday, it was like time stood still. Every single person in the room — from PR chicks to stylists, lighting guys and security — just stopped and stared at her. She's actually so gobsmackingly gorgeous that just looking at her leaves you kind of breathless and giddy, and then when she speaks, you have to remind yourself to talk back. Interviewing her is a bit like talking to a mythical creature, because sightings this close-up are very rare, and they're kind of fleeting. Click through to read our chat with MK right before she hit the runway for last night's David Jones Autumn Winter 2013 Fashion Launch.
Australian All-Stars: Our Top 15 Beauty Brands + Shop Their Hero Product
Every brand has a hero product — the one that gains cult-like status and sometimes becomes more well-known than the brand itself. Here in Australia, one of our most famous beauty exports is paw paw ointment (Lucas Paw Paw, we're looking at you), but there's countless other five-star offerings made in our very own backyard. To celebrate the end of Australia Week we're showcasing the Aussie beauty all-stars — and we've even plucked out the hero product from each brand for you, too.
Roses for Rose: The Oil She Credits to Her Glowing Complexion
There's been nothing quite as sweet as watching Aussie actress Rose Byrne rise to fame in the States. She's very sweet in real life (just ask Pop!), she's funny, and of course, she's crazy beautiful. We've had a serious case of hair envy for years now, but at the world premiere of I Give It a Year in Sydney last night, it was her skin that had us talking. So dewy and flawless, Rose has credited using rose hip oil alongside an SPF-based tinted moisturiser to keep her sensitive skin in-check, and because the oil is full of essential fatty acids, vitamins and antioxidants — it is perfect for everyday use. Click through to zoom in on Rose's award-worthy skin now, and shop our favourite rose hip oils.
Miranda Kerr Gets the Fashion's Night Out Party Started — Early!
Miranda Kerr got the Fashion's Night Out celebrations going last night at a special event in Sydney. She attended a bash in honour of her Kora Organics skincare line at a pop-up store in Martin Place, and her fellow Aussie model Nicole Trunfio also swung by to show her support. The event was organised in conjunction with Vogue Australia, and prizes were given out from Kora Organics and Kailis Jewellery. The Sydney promotional evening came during a busy week for Miranda, who helped unveil a new hair care line at Sydney's botanical gardens just a few days ago.
