Trends may come and go, but real classic beauty will never fade — and that's why we'll never, ever tire of seeing creamy nude lips on the mouths of our favourite celebrities. The thing about "nude" is that the colour actually encompasses hundreds of different shades. Just like everyone in the world has slightly different skin colours, we all also present a slightly different colour when we leave our lips bare or coat them with a matching lipstick. Jessica Alba, for example — her nude is a light berry shade, while Diane Kruger's natural colour is a pale and creamy shade. Miranda Kerr has a hint of pale pink to her lips, while Jennifer Hawkins has the lightest berry undertone. Whichever look you're going for, you can take inspiration from the celebrities in this gallery. Sure, they like their bright pinks and oranges, too — but paring things back never looked so good.
As much as everyone loves red lipstick, they say a change is as good as a holiday. And when it comes to our makeup regimes, we’re totally ready for the Summer holidays — so why not get into the spirit faster with orange or pink lipstick? As these celebrities show, there’s no end to the shades you can try, and there’s no skin tone that the punchy, popping colours won’t suit. We’ve rounded up some of the best orange and pink lipsticks you can buy, now flick through and see how your favourite stars wear them. Summer’s a-comin’!
She needs no introduction but certainly deserves one. As one of Australia's most-watched women, Lara Bingle can sell out a piece of clothing in minutes after posting it on Instagram, so it's no surprise this iconic beauty has turned her model hands to design. We sat down with Lara to chat about her new swimwear line for Cotton On, where she revealed more than a few truths. You'll be surprised to know this beach-loving, busty blonde needs no products to look so good — she's more concerned with what she puts into her body than on it. . . Click through to find out why.

To say it's been a beautiful week is quite the understatement. Things kicked into gear on Saturday with Derby Day, where Lara Bingle gave us bronzed but almost red eyeshadow, and Jennifer Hawkins' sunk-kissed ponytail had us reconsidering balayage all over again. Melbourne Cup came around quickly on Tuesday, where Kate Waterhouse presented with a very dainty Nerida Winter headpiece to complement her chocolate waves. But then there's Coco Rocha, Kate Upton, Poppy Delevingne. . . Gosh, where to begin? Inside.
This year's Derby Day was always going to be one for the record books, with British supermodels Poppy Delevingne and Naomi Campbell both making their way down to Melbourne for the star-studded event. Even so, we were blown away by the killer hair and makeup we saw — from Jennifer Hawkins' voluminous wide-barrel waves and Lara Bingle's orange/red eyeshadow, to Poppy Delevingne's simple slick strands and peachy skin, we can't get enough of these stunning Derby Day looks. We've got all of them zoomed in and up close — get in here and check them out!
We're always keeping a close eye on birthday girl Lara Bingle's beauty looks, as we get a lot inspiration from the model turned businesswoman. Whether it's a statement red lip — always in the perfect orange/coral colour way — or textured (but not frizzy) hair, BFF and makeup artist Max May has done a stellar job at keeping her look both inspiring and attainable. Check out our gallery for some of Lara's best looks over the years, and a big, happy 26th birthday to our favourite Aussie bombshell.
Week after week, we're inundated with pictures of gorgeous celebrities trying out new beauty trends and hairstyles. This week was no exception, and picking out a top 10 was no mean feat! But when it came down to it, we had to pick which hair and makeup adventures we actually wanted to copy ourselves. And between lovely Lara Bingle's dramatic cat-eye flick, formed to perfection, Jennifer Hawkins' beach-to-bar waves and Frieda Pinto's barely-there lip colour and smoky eye (and more!), we have plenty cool new trends to try. Keen to see them for yourself? Come along!
Our favourite Aussie girls turned out for last night's 2013 Prix de Marie Claire Awards at The Star in Sydney. The event awards 24 fashion and beauty products and brands, with products including Miranda Kerr's Kora Organics Luxurious Rose Hip Oil taking out a prize on the night. Lara Bingle looked beautiful with winged eyeliner (very different for her) and netting across her face, while supe Megan Gale kept it classic with glossy hair and natural makeup. We were treated to some different beauty looks from our favourite red carpet regulars this week, and we couldn't have loved it all more! Gorgeous Michelle Williams is growing out her pixie crop, but there's no awkward stage to be seen — she was still rocking a mid-length fringe and cool hair like it was nobody's business. Lara Bingle showed signs of a long and happy summer with her sunkissed cheeks and light blonde locks, while Solange Knowles was hands-down the biggest standout on the red carpet with her impossibly cool afro and a gorgeous red lip. On the red carpet? Jennifer Lawrence was subtly sexy, and Charlize Theron wowed the crowd (and became one of our all-time favourites) with her super-short do and flawless face. There's plenty more to see in here — click through to check it out!
When Lara does a red lip — especially a matte one — we want to know exactly which lip product she used so we can go out and buy it. You see, Miss Bingle just has that effect on us. The man behind her lip brush is celebrity makeup artist Max May, a pro responsible for more than one cult Lara beauty look over the years. We fell hopelessly in love with her dewy skin meets scarlet lip and spidery mascara at last night's Dior event, so who better to tell us how to get it at home then Max himself? Click through to shop the products he used and find out how he applied them.
