Fashion week is always all about the latest and greatest hair and beauty trends that come down the runway — but what's happening to the side of the catwalk is just as interesting! Front row beauty never fails to impress us, and this year looks to be better than ever. Lara Bingle has wowed us with her glowing skin and nude, neutral makeup at Camilla and Marc (before switching over to the dark side for Romance Was Born), while Phoebe Tonkin took the sexy, mussed-up route with her cool, textured hair 'do. Candice Lake opted for porcelain skin and glossy lips, Carissa Walford debuted a darker new 'do and Sarah Murdoch and Megan Gale both let their cheekbones do all the talking. And today at Camilla's show? It was all about flowing hair, easy, fresh makeup palettes and letting natural beauty shine through. Click through to check out the latest pics from the front row!
It was rubgy league's night of nights last night as the best players in the country hit Sydney's Town Hall for the 2012 Dally M Awards. Hitting the red carpet were NRL stars Todd Carney (with new girlfriend Lauryn Eagle), Benji Marshall with TV presenter-fiancée Zoe Balbi, and Ben Barba, who went on to take the night's most coveted prize: the 2012 Dally M Awards Player of the Year. Missing from the red carpet were Dally M stalwarts, Braith Anasta and his fiancée Jodi Gordon. Anasta was sick, and Gordon expressed her disappointment (via her Instagram account) at missing out on wearing her "beautiful" J'Aton gown. Guy Sebastian performed, and the wives and girlfriends of the NRL players shone on the red carpet while their proud partners looked on — it's all in the gallery, so click through and have a peek!
Is it wrong if we admit to loving a WAG-fest? The ladies of the NRL frocked up for last night's Dally M Awards, adding some serious shine to Sydney's Town Hall red carpet call. There were thigh high splits, feathered skirts and sequins galore, with the Wives and Girlfriends club going for all-out glamour for Rugby League's night of nights. Forget winner Ben Barba for a second, because we're handing out our own Dally M medals; for best dressed! Gold goes to Zoe Balbi who shone in a sequinned Steven Khalil gown, Alyce Taylor deserved silver in her understated scarlet Rachel Gilbert number and we're awarding dual bronzes to Ainslie Curry for her peplummed sheath and Home and Away's Tessa James who looked chic in a sculpted LBD. Forget the boys for a second! This morning we're all about the girls and the glamour of the Dally Ms. Zoom in on our red carpet round-up.
Delta Goodrem celebrated her new role as Swisse skin care ambassador last night in Sydney's Royal Botanic Gardens, with help from a few well-coiffed friends. Stars of Australian TV were out in force last night to celebrate Delta Goodrem’s new role with Swisse Skincare. Delta, who wore a strapless blue Carl Kapp dress, recently filmed a TV commercial for Swisse and it’s been seen during episodes of her high-rating show The Voice. Several Channel Nine personalities supported her at the event at the Royal Botanic Gardens, including Sonia Kruger, who was previously the face of Swisse, Karl Stefanovic, Lauryn Eagle, Natalie Gruzlewski, and The Voice host Darren McMullen. Another TV star, Lara Bingle, wore a black Marni frock for the occasion, and was asked for her thoughts on ex-fiancé Michael Clarke’s surprise wedding to Kyly Boldy. Lara said, “I’m really happy for him and wish all the happiness — I sincerely do.” She also acknowledged that she’s seeing designer Gareth Moody but that she wants to “keep it sacred.”
Series two of The Celebrity Apprentice is in its second week, and just like the first series, it’s got people talking. (The most recent conversation point? David “The Hoff” Hasselhoff’s sudden exit last night after only three episodes.) We recently caught up with the show’s youngest celebrities, Nathan Jolliffe and Lauryn Eagle, who talked to us about those intense boardroom scenes and which of the other stars surprised them the most. Read what they had to say after the jump.
The Celebrity Apprentice was one of the breakout TV series of last year and gave audiences heaps to talk about. (Or perhaps one person in particular to talk about.) Tonight it’s back, and the casting seems to be pretty reminiscent of last year’s characters — we’ve got an AFL star, a comedian, a male model . . . plus David Hasselhoff. Click through to see this year’s celebs and don’t forget to tune in tonight.
The Celebrity Apprentice premieres tonight at 8 p.m. on Channel Nine.

Celebrities got into the racing spirit on Saturday at AAMI Golden Slipper Day, which was held at Rosehill Gardens in Sydney. Myer ambassadors Jennifer Hawkins, Kris Smith and Laura Dundovic convened at the department store’s tent for some photos and drinks, showing off their race day fashion and beauty looks, and Jennifer also posed for some pictures with Tony Abbott and his daughters. Later that night Jen hit up new nightclub Marquee at The Star with fiancé Jake Wall, where she bumped into a “cheeky bunny.” Kris’ appearance at Golden Slipper Day was his first public outing since he and Dannii Minogue announced their split earlier in the week. The last thing he wrote on Twitter was, “I would like to thank you all for your very kind words and support at this tough time... It really means a lot.”
Cosmopolitan mag's troup of fun and fearless females put their most fabulous (collective) foot forward for last night's bash at Catalina restaurant in Rose Bay. The celebration of the sisterhood was packed-full of glam-a-rama looks, from Shelley Craft who looked chic in Alex Perry, to Jessica Mauboy's bustiered Kuku LBD, to Natalie Gruzlewski who nailed it in Carla Zampatti and Jessica Tovey's elegant asymmetrical number — the nominees and celeb supporters alike were frocked up and ready to partay!
