The 2013 upfront presentations have taken over LA, and they've provided the perfect opportunity for stars to show off their stellar red carpet style. At yesteday's Fox party, Minka Kelly paired a green printed, one-shoulder dress with black ankle-strap sandals, while Lea Michele looked bright in a pink, floral Lela Rose dress with silver metallic pumps. Zooey Deschanel proved the most covered up in a black circle skirt topped with a black sequined jacket, and her New Girl co-star Hannah Simone was ladylike in a black dress with a vibrant garden print. Lela Rose took us on a fairy-tale ride for Fall '13, specifically concerning the stories of the Grimm Brothers, with a runway show filled with gorgeous, whimsical looks. Fitted sheath dresses highlighted intricate floral embroidery. Chic boxy tops were embellished with decadent rhinestones, while fancier silk organza gowns showcased the most spectacular lace detailing we've seen yet. Feminine and chic, with a playful twist. In fact, one might even ponder whether some of these pieces were made specifically for the first lady herself — we can easily see Michelle Obama wearing some of these confections at her next public appearance. After all, who could say no to such effervescent looks? See the prettiest looks from Lela Rose's Fall '13 runway show, and we guarantee — one glance, and you'll fall in love.

Target in the States has just one-upped itself with the announcement of its newest collaboration: the mass market retailer will be teaming with Neiman Marcus for a limited-edition holiday collection designed by a whopping 24 CFDA designers. Participating designers for the Target + Neiman Marcus Holiday Collection features an impressive designer list ranging from our favorite sportswear designers to red carpet connoisseurs: Carolina Herrera, Derek Lam, Diane von Furstenberg, Jason Wu, Marc Jacobs, Oscar de la Renta, Tory Burch, Alice + Olivia, Altuzarra, Band of Outsiders, Brian Atwood, Eddie Borgo, Judith Leiber, Lela Rose, Marchesa, Philip Crangi, Prabal Gurung, Proenza Schouler, Rag & Bone, Robert Rodriguez, Rodarte, Skaist Taylor, Thom Browne, and Tracy Reese. Each of the 24 designers have designed one to three items each, but don't expect it to be all about the clothing. Categories span from apparel (women's, men's, and children's) to home decor, electronics, and even pet accessories. The line will also include 50 limited-edition gifts and will be priced from $8 to $500 USD. Whilst Target and Neiman Marcus doesn't ship internationally via their online sites (yet), you can place an international order with Neiman Marcus by calling them direct. Better put that number on speed dial when the line launches on Dec. 1st.

Rachel Zoe, Minka Kelly, Teresa Palmer, Kim Kardashian and more Step Out at Valentino's Celebrity-Packed Store Opening

Last night's Valentino store opening drew a gathering of LA's best-dressed celebs to Rodeo Drive. The flagship fete was the opportune time for Hollywood's style crowd to don their prettiest Valentino frocks — there was hardly a pair of pants in sight, unless you count the odd jumpsuit! We spotted the label's lace and leather confections, signature flashes of femininity in the form of ruffles and floral adornments, and a room of covet-worthy accessories to complete every look. Minka Kelly stepped out in a gold-tinged ladylike dress and Teresa Palmer showed off the loveliest version of the leather dress. Even the night's most casual looks were injected with Valentino's brand of pretty, like a dose of lace on Revenge starlet Ashley Madekwe's jacket. Inside, there's more of the night's standout styles; click on to see them all!
