October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we're all jumping on board to do our bit. Last week, we brought you ten very cool products (which are on sale now!) that directly help in the fight against breast cancer, but this week we're taking things to a more personal level, and showing you our favourite candy-coloured products. We all love letting out our inner girlie-girls sometimes, so narrowing it down to just two pink picks was kind of tough — but when it comes down to it, these are the products we love the most. From nail polish to lipstick, blush and hair mousse — we'll be wearing all manner and shades of pink until the end of October to raise awareness. Won't you join us? Click through to see and shop what we're loving!
The best foundation makes you look like you're not wearing any at all, but the secret to achieving that flawless effect is knowing your skin type and choosing a foundation to suit. For example, if you have dry skin, there's no point in wearing a pressed powder foundation because it will only accentuate the dry areas — big no-no! And what about oily-skinned beauties? Well, you're less prone to deep-set wrinkles in the future, but you probably have trouble getting your foundation to last all day right now. We've hand-picked the perfect foundation for five common skin types (yes sensitive, you included!), so click through to meet your perfect match.
Fact: lipstick is fun. It can lift not only the features on your face, but your mood as well. And as much as we loved get all dark and mysterious in Winter, it's time to bust out the brights. But just two colours in particular — pink and orange. While there's no hard and fast rules for shade, fuchsia and tangerine steal the show this season. We've got your ultimate Spring lipstick wardrobe sorted (covering all finishes), just click to buy then get ready to stand out!
London Fashion Week is finally under way, and the most dramatic beauty look so far came to us courtesy of Felder Felder. The collection was inspired by the underwater world, so it's no surprise that the beauty look was a decidedly wet look, too. Jonny Engstrom at Guy Kremer soaked the models hair and swept it back off the face, making them look as if they'd just stepped out of the water. The beauty look followed suit, with barely-there makeup and dewy, luminous skin from the Max Factor team, led by Mel Arter. To finish the look, Sabrina Gavel painted nails a neutral beige using Max Factor Glossfinity polishes.
