Donning a black asymmetrical dress for the formal part of the evening, Miley chose a relaxed yet chic up 'do teamed with black winged-eyeliner, pale pink lips and stand-out tangerine nails. When it came to stage time however, Miles switched up her hair by letting soft layers casually frame her face, hinting that she may have ditched the hair extensions in favour of a more au naturel look.
