We've been following model-of-the-moment, Ruby Jean Wilson, all week here at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia. The Scottish-born, Terrigal raised beauty has opened for the likes of Saint Laurent, and her pixie-like qualities make for an enchanting picture and runway performance. Ruby brought her signature, feline walk to the Shakuhachi runway last night, and we've got all the backstage action! Hair by Redken's Jon Pulitano and very ethereal makeup by Mac Cosmetics (especially love the single diamante under each eye), we think you'll like this one very much.
The Best Street Style Snaps from L'Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival
L'Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival wrapped up over the weekend, leaving us with a swag of street style snaps to peruse. From snooping what top models Megan Gale, Barbara Palvin, Montana Cox, Alice Burdeau and Jessica Gomes wear when dashing between shows to taking notes on what the industry-types are favouring this season (statement socks, printed suiting, waist-ties, overalls), it's all inside. Get your paparazzi on . . .
Snoop the Front Row Style at L'Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival, Day 2
Day two of Melbourne's L'Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival looks like it was just as fabulous as day one, or more so given the fashion calibre of the front row attendees. UK designer of the moment/last three seasons Mary Katrantzou (who, btw, we will be chatting to when she launches her line at David Jones in Sydney later this week) added a dose of international cred, while catwalking beauties Montana Cox, Jessica Gomes and Samantha Harris bulked up the model quotient. Add L'Oreal ambassadors Barbara Palvin and Megan Gale to the mix and you've got one good looking crowd. Wanna see more? Take your front row ticket and head on in.
Stars Attend Sydney's Future Music Festival in First Class Style
Future Music Festival hit Sydney and Melbourne over the weekend. At the Sydney event on Saturday, Aussie stars were out in force at Randwick Racecourse to watch headlining act Avicii, as well as Fun., Psy, Rita Ora, Bloc Party, The Temper Trap, Azealia Banks and more, from the ‘First Class’ deck, which offered great views of the two main stages. Home and Away star Samara Weaving attended with a few of her friends, while her co-star Rhiannon Fish had her favourite musician, boyfriend Reece Mastin, and sister Miranda for company. Channel [V] VJs Danny Clayton, Marty Smiley and Carissa Walford mixed work and play as they had to get in front of the camera for some presenting duties. Other TV personalities who made the rounds include Isabelle Cornish, Hugh Sheridan, Montana Cox, Tom Williams and The Loop co-hosts Ash London and Scott Tweedie.

More, More, Monty! Ksubi Spotlights Montana Cox for A/W '13
The local Autumn/Winter campaigns keep-a-coming, which is fine by us considering this week's home-grown fashion focus. Top of today's pile is Ksubi's new season look book, which although shot on location in a French chateau employs the Australian talents of ANTM winner Montana Cox in front of the lens and the styling skills of Vogue's Christine Centenera behind it — with Sydney-based snapper Darren McDonald calling the shots. The threads? It's a little less I'm-with-the-band 'tude than we're used to seeing from Ksubi, with leather, statement graphic baroque/brocade prints and sleeker silhouettes making everything a touch more polished, but in a tough-girl kinda way. Due to drop in-stores and online as of Feb, we think it's well worth taking in a preview show.
Our Kind of Perfect: Montana Cox for Camilla and Marc A/W '13
CAMILLA AND MARC took inspiration from the imperfect, the impermanent and incomplete — the three principles of the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi — for their Autumn/Winter '13 collection. Yet we can't see too much that's imperfect about the line-up of wrap-skirts, tunics folded with origami-like precision or the minimal shift dresses. Perhaps it's the tiny bites taken from the hem of a skirt or cuff of a trouser, or maybe it's the off-kilter pairing of a plus-sized windcheater with a razor sharp mini, or it could be the slightly clashing turquoise and magenta or army green and violet colour combinations that hint at this inner-imbalance. Either way, the choice to use ANTM winner Montana Cox to model the cool-but-wearable collection was one made in perfect harmony with both the brand's party-hopping, A-list fans as well as the industry-types who will lap up every page of the A/W look book. Who needs perfection, anyway?
2012 ARIA Awards: Who Wore What
Bold, bright colour, graphic prints and pale and pretty looks were the top three trends we noticed on the ARIA Awards red carpet. Ricki-Lee Coulter, DJ Havana Brown and Sarah De Bono opted for stand-out colour, while punchy prints were the way forward for Nicki Minaj (in Camilla), Kimbra, Jesinta Campbell and Ruby Rose (via a custom-designed Romance Was Born frock). Then there was the pale and interesting brigade; Taylor Swift's romantic Elie Saab gown and Samantha Jade's sculptural number adding a little elegance to the black carpet. We can't pick a favourite (yet), so we're rounding up all the celebrity looks so that you can make an informed decision. Step inside and see who wore what to the 2012 ARIA Awards.

2012 Aria Awards: Candid Snaps From The Red Carpet
Sydney's Entertainment Centre is buzzing with excitement ahead of tonight's 26th annual ARIA Awards, and we've caught the first glimpse of some behind-the-scenes action via social media. Jesinta Campbell looks ready for her red carpet hosting duties in colourful Ginger & Smart, while models Samantha Harris and Montana Cox are still in the makeup chair getting primped and preened thanks to David Jones and Mac Cosmetics. What else can you expect from Australia's hottest music event? International guests Nicki Minaj, Joel and Benji Madden and Russell Brand will be adding some star power to the already impressive line up including performances by Taylor Swift, Temper Trap, Missy Higgins, and the night's most nominated artist, Melbourne rapper 360, while groundbreaking local artists Yothu Yindi will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. Ready for a sneak peek of things to come?
Candids: See What Alexa, Jennifer, Phoebe & More Got Up To This Week
Whether at the beach or on the streets, some of our favourite style setters made no qualms about sharing their funny, cute and stunning photos through social media. We got a glimpse of a very fashionable pairing when Alexa Chung and Harley Viera-Newton hit the Bahamas together (lucky for some), beautiful Aussie model Miranda Kerr shared a few behind-the-scenes pics of herself, Lara Bingle showed off her gorgeous Josh Goot dress and Phoebe Tonkin posed in a pair of Nerida Winter cat ears. Then there was a slew of incredible shots that photographer Ben Watts (brother of Naomi) shared of Victoria's Secret Angels Candice Swanepoel and Behati Prinsloo, and Poppy Delevingne got showed her personality with some multi-coloured nails.
