Marion Cotillard went with a sleek, modern look at the Rust & Bone premiere in Tokyo yesterday, wearing her hair stick-straight and debuting short, blunt fringe. To get this low-volume look, sidestep the mousse and use a silkening serum like O&M Frizzy Logic Shine Serum ($31.95) for a high-gloss blow-dry. Then, go over with a flat iron to smooth strands. 2013 Oscars: The Lowdown On Reese Witherspoon's Glossy, Bouncy Hair

We called it early on during yesterday's broadcast of the Oscars — Reese Witherspoon's hairstyle was immediately one of our favourite looks.

We called it early on during yesterday's broadcast of the Oscars — Reese Witherspoon's hairstyle was immediately one of our favourite looks. There was nothing new about the style, but the bounce and gloss? Everything. Giuliana Rancic felt it too, asking only about the actress's hair when given the chance. Reese attributed her glorious mane to her recent pregnancy, something we know mum-to-be Jenna Dewan is also experiencing! While it differs greatly between each woman, the increase of estrogen during pregnancy can lead to rapid hair growth — hence Reese's ongoing fullness four months after giving birth.

"Reese's hair looks amazing because she would have followed a healthy diet during and after the pregnancy. A good diet that contains foods rich in Omega 3, fish oil and raw food all help prevent hair loss," says co-founder for Original & Mineral and owner for Original A Alan Buki. But that's not all. Get an insight into Reese's potential red carpet hair prep, after the break.
