While nothing has been confirmed as yet, a spokesperson from Qantas did say that they have something up their sleeve, saying "Qantas is regularly in talks around opportunities to work with celebrity friends to promote Australia". Fingers crossed we'll be seeing Oprah soon, then!
Getting older comes with a special set of concerns, rewards and changes for women. The other week, Olivia Wilde wrote an essay on how she's coping with — and welcoming — her upcoming 30th birthday, inspiring us to take a look back at what other notable women have had to say about their own experiences with ageing. Read on for some of the most memorable quotes stars including Meryl Streep, Beyoncé Knowles and Halle Berry have shared about their own major milestone birthdays.
On Turning 30:
“This is such a pivotal moment in my life! I’m transitioning as a woman, and I’m finally able to express myself as I am.” — Beyoncé Knowles
"You're 30: You know stuff now. Your 20s were for 'ducking up,' as my auto-correct would say, and learning from those mistakes. (For instance, never again will I convince myself that sleep is for sissies and go straight from a party to the airport. You will not 'sleep on the plane'; you'll vomit in the security line. Go to bed.)" — Olivia Wilde
"I don’t feel as shy or nervous or self-conscious. I have more confidence that I can handle what life brings me. I don’t feel scared to have an idea and express it. I feel giddy about it because it’s a complete transformation. It’s like I’ve found my voice.” — Michelle Williams
“Turning 30 was really big for me. I can get really stuck on ‘I don’t like this or that about myself.’ I’ve found that the only thing that breaks that for me is being able to spend time alone, going to the movies by myself or going to art museums alone. I do that a lot. I’ve discovered the importance of even 15 or 30 minutes a day where it is just me.” — Reese Witherspoon

Nothing tells us more about celebrities than their Twitter accounts. From detailing their daily lives to keeping us entertained with jokes and some very astute observations, there's much to learn from our favourite stars on social media. This week, a famous father and his (almost-equally) famous daughter both landed in our gallery — obviously humour runs in the family. Lady Gaga cleared up a rumour surrounding a nasty court case she's involved in, and Scott Dooley reckons he might be in with a chance with Miranda Kerr. Oh, and if there's one thing Lucy Hale takes seriously, it's ranch dressing . . . There's plenty more in here — click through now!
Calling this past week a big one may be a slight understatement. With the 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards kicking us off, we were thrown into a glamorous world full of incredible dresses, funny on-stage moments and red carpet shenanigans. Ben Affleck and Sofia Vergara brought some laughs to the red carpet when they busted out some moves together, and Jennifer Lawrence wowed crowds with her showstopping Dior gown. Meanwhile, Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom put to bed rumours of their split with a loved-up date night at the Instyle after-party. A world away, Robert Pattinson pulled a sneaky on us by arriving at Melbourne airport without any fanfare — he kept his arrival so quiet, he had no fans around him! That's not nearly all, though — click through to see what else your favourite stars got up to!
When there's a major celebrity event happening somewhere in the world, you can bet that the stars will be tweeting about it. This week, the Golden Globes were a major topic of discussion, especially for the super talented Lena Dunham who took home two awards. Aside from the obvious, there were three highlights for her over the course of the night — you'll find out what they were in this gallery. Actress Olivia Wilde took to Twitter to address the news of her engagement to funnyman Jason Sudeikis, while Taylor Swift let her fans know that she was okay after a slight run-in with Michael J. Fox. Juicy, right? Get clicking to read more from all your favourite celebs!
The very lovely Victoria's Secret Angel Candice Swanepoel hosted a yoga event in New York City this week as part of the Body by Victoria launch, and boy is her body smoking! Selena Gomez got a new haircut and went for a thick fringe which we think looks amazing on her; and Stephanie Rice treated herself to a Star Bucks drink to celebrate the end of her Olympics swimming commitments. We also met YouTube makeup tutorial star Michelle Phan in Sydney, and we loved seeing her cute uploads from her tour. Click through to see all your favourite stars and the pictures they shared with us this week.
It was all about models in makeup this week, as Miranda Kerr, Jestina Campbell, Doutzen Kroes, Bar Refaeli and more posted candid snaps of themselves getting beautified (not that they need it!). Lara Bingle is included, and we're loving her updates following the premiere of her reality show this week. Oprah sat down with the Kardashian clan — an interview we're dying to see — and Gwen Stefani rocked her white blonde hair with a cool knotted up-do. Let's go!

Jimmy Kimmel enlisted the help of '90s R&B stars Boyz II Men to give Oprah Winfrey a hilarious musical goodbye on his show last night. Oprah is signing off after 25 years on the air, and Jimmy and the singers recalled some of her biggest moments by putting a comical spin on the Boyz II Men track "It's So Hard to Say Goodbye." Today the US aired the very last Oprah episode, which followed a two-part Oprah special that featured some of today's biggest stars, from Tom Cruise to Beyoncé Knowles. The talk show host didn't welcome any new guests on her closing episode today, but she had lots of famous friends in the audience as she shared an emotional goodbye and even gave her personal email to her fans, asking them to stay in touch. Check out Jimmy's video tribute to the iconic TV personality!
