If you want those Tic Tac-coloured teeth on your wedding day, you've got two options — at-home whitening or professional whitening. The latter is a much faster process, but will set you back between $800-$1500. We trialled Philips Zoom! Teeth Whitening treatment with great results but if you have the time and not the money, there's more than a few things you can do to get your teeth looking their best for your big day. Remember, you can't brush them white, that'll only damage your teeth. It's all about patience, smart eating and military dedication to whitening products.

In our continued celebration of the London 2012 Olympics, we've teamed up with official sponsor Oral-B to give away two very exciting prize packs. Valued at over $300, each prize pack contains a Oral-B Triumph electric toothbrush with Smart Guide, and a Panasonic Lumix S2 digital camera — just what you'll need to show off those pearly whites and capture your proudest moments. Plus, the Oral-B Triumph with Smart Guide removes up to twice as much plaque as a manual toothbrush, so you know what that means — less trips to the dentist. Hooray! All you have to do is Like us on Facebook and then tell us in the comments section below: Which female Australian athlete has made you the proudest in this year's Olympic games and why?
This giveaway has ended.
Eamon Sullivan is just one of three Australian athletes to land a beauty and grooming contract out of the 2012 London Olympics. As a major global partner of the Games, P&G — the company behind big-name brands such as Gillette and Pantene — is sponsoring the entire Australian Olympic team but has chosen Eamon Sullivan, Emily Seebohm and Sophie Edington to be ambassadors for Gillette, Pantene and Oral-B respectively. Explaining its involvement with the Olympics, Maile Carnegie, Managing Director of P&G Australia and New Zealand says: "While we are not in the business of sports, P&G is in the business of helping mums . . . Every Olympic athlete has a mum and mums are with their children every step of the way, nurturing and encouraging them." P&G even went so far as to survey the athletes about mum's support, finding that, between them, the mums have had over 5,000 early morning starts, travelled 6.5 times around the world and done 11,000 extra loads of washing to support their children's Olympic dreams. Wowsers! All the athletes said they're extremely honoured to be picked as P&G ambassadors, with Sullivan joking that the task of shaving his legs ahead of the Games will be easier, not to mention cheaper, now that he's part of the Gillette family!
With her picture-perfect smile and luminous skin, it's easy to see why we wanted gorgeous Australian television presenter Sophie Falkiner to share her favourite beauty buys. As well as her presenting duties she's also a mum to two young kids, which means she loves products that can cut her beauty prep time in half! To get the lowdown on the hair product she calls a "Godsend" and the lip balm she carries everywhere, walk right this way and take a look through her makeup bag!
