The Chanel 2012-13 Cruise collection took place in the gardens outside the Palace of Versailles in Paris (le sigh), and at the time, we were quite simply, enamoured. The sweet but punk-modern twist to the Marie Antoinette era was original and strong, fit with "bob top" hair and pink eyeshadow. Oh, and those beauty marks — they were pretty fantastic, too.
