If there's one thing we love the most in the beauty world, it's when stars go nude. No, not that nude - we mean their faces. Whether they're working a popping lip colour or a shimmery eye, nothing sets it off better than a face that looks fresh, bare and beautiful. Derby Day in Melbourne today has been the perfect example. While we were, of course, taken with the fashion, we were most impressed by Lara Bingle's gorgeous freckles (no earpiece this time!), Kate Waterhouse's naturally bronzed glow, Nicole Kidman's porcelain skin and so much more. The sun was shining and the stars were smiling for Saturday's Golden Slipper Day in Rosehill Gardens. Myer's gorgeous racing ambassadors Jennifer Hawkins, Laura Dundovoic and Kris Smith were joined by BMW Autumn Racing Carnival ambassador Bridget Abbott who had her father Tony in tow. Felt hats were stylish and seasonally appropriate but we loved Jen's black bejewelled headpiece. Makeup-wise, it was a pared-back affair with not a single smoky eye in sight!
