Sugar Photos

We've been happily distracted from the cold weather and rainy days in the Sugar office this week with Spring/Summer showings, photo shoots, puppies and new pillows. FabSugar editor Ali had a top secret photo shoot — we can't wait to tell you all the details but alas, we've been sworn to secrecy! Stay tuned. She also attended the MaxShop S/S showing at The Winery in Sydney's Surry Hills, and Kookai's gloriously colourful Moroccan-themed Summer offering. Our publisher Marisa is a huge homewares lover, so when she spotted a multi-coloured Megan Park cushion, it was love at first sight. BellSugar editor Sarah got to play with Dalmatians at Garnier's new dark spot corrector launch (what a cute idea!), and associate editor Alison went crazy for the new ck one color range — promptly painting her lips and nails in bright pink. We spent some time with Sydney's resident Hollywood It couple, Nicole and Joel; with Fab ed Ali meeting the incredibly lovely Nicole Richie following her in store appearance at David Jones in Sydney, and Pop ed Jess meeting her hubby, Joel Madden, at a Samsung launch. But it wasn't all celeb schmoozing, Bella ed Sarah has been inundated with products for our upcoming BellaSugar Beauty Awards (stay tuned for more info!); and weekend ed Alison joined us in the office for two days as part of her new role as associate editor across all sites! Spring/Summer fashion showings gave us a whole lot of style inspiration, and we channelled Brit Pack cool in the office to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee! Come on in...
