Week after week, we're inundated with pictures of gorgeous celebrities trying out new beauty trends and hairstyles. This week was no exception, and picking out a top 10 was no mean feat! But when it came down to it, we had to pick which hair and makeup adventures we actually wanted to copy ourselves. And between lovely Lara Bingle's dramatic cat-eye flick, formed to perfection, Jennifer Hawkins' beach-to-bar waves and Frieda Pinto's barely-there lip colour and smoky eye (and more!), we have plenty cool new trends to try. Keen to see them for yourself? Come along!
From the Spring '11 runways to the strands on a slew of celebs (think: Gossip Girl's Blake Lively), tousled beach waves are a foolproof style for Summer — and the good news is you need just one product to recreate the look at home if you don't fancy an ocean dip. Adding sea salt spray to hair instantly adds texture and body without weighing it down, leaving you with sexy, natural-looking waves to leave loose and flowing or to tie up in fuss-free ponytail.
Heidi Klum's never been afraid to switch things up on the red carpet and today was no exception as she teamed her metallic dress with beachy waves, a dramatic smoky eye and pink nude lip. What do you think of Heidi's latest look? Is it one of your favourite styles?

We just had the pleasure of chatting to Mara Roszak, the woman behind some of the hottest hairstyles in Hollywood. She created Emma Stone's fun and flirty ponytail for the recent Friends with Benefits premiere, as well as working with Mila Kunis all throughout awards season for the Oscars, Golden Globes and Screen Actors Guild Awards. We asked her to share her top tips as well as what's going to be big for Summer, but before we reveal the upcoming trends, Mara talked us through creating the perfect beachy waves — a style she recommends we all learn to master as "it's easy and looks great on all ages."
STEP 1: This style is all about working with your natural texture. Whether it's wavy or straight, you should start by applying a lightweight mousse such as TRESemmé Naturals Lightweight Mousse ($7.99) to damp hair and rough dry it.
With her return to red, all eyes were on Emma Stone as she hit the MTV Movie Awards. The Easy A actress wore her newly darkened locks in a beach wave way, with a long side-sweeping fringe. And like Elle Fanning, Emma worked some lilac into her look, wearing a lavender liner across her lid. She topped off the look with pink lips and red nails. You like?

Stunning Teresa Palmer has been flying the Aussie flag with pride at NYFW, sitting front row at Jason Wu and Peter Som. For Jason's Friday afternoon show, the actress went for Bondi Beach chic: loose waves and bronzed skin, but it was all about the braid on Saturday over at Peter Som. There's no denying that she has relaxed glamour all sewn up, but I loved her take on this season's hottest hairstyle, braiding her hair from the left ear, all the way around so that it sat naturally on her right shoulder. Definitely a winner for me. Which is your favourite?
Speaking of Kate Hudson's hair, she's been out-and-about a lot lately on the promo tour for Nine, which requires around 8,074 different hairstyles. She's gone for a Madge-esque heavily styled number, a loose, centre-parted tousle, a side-parted straight 'do with natural ends and a braided beach-wavy number. But which one do you think works the best?
