We're sad that it's almost over but we thought that we'd go out with a bang: we're giving three lucky readers the chance to win a 100ml bottle of Jean Paul Gaultier MaDame (valued at $139). Every day through Friday, 12 March, we're giving one away.
All you have to do to win this sparky scent that features notes of orange, rose velvet, cedar and musk, is reveal to us in the comments section what influences you to buy a fragrance?
Is it the ad campaign? The model or spokesperson? Because you want a new one? Simply the notes? Or a whole host of things? Having Aggy Deyn feature as the fragrance face for MaDame certainly meant that I had to have this scent. Not that I needed much convincing in the first place!

It could be a certain beauty muse like Vanessa Paradis or Charlotte Gainsbourg, or perhaps you think the Eiffel Tower is the most romantic place in the world. Maybe you're a fan of snails, who knows. But tell me all and this fresh and funky scent could be yours for the taking . . .
Just when you thought the ranks of celeb perfumes couldn't get any larger (or odder; yes Tilda Swinton, we're looking at you), a dark horse is entering the game: Jennifer Aniston.
Every now and then something arrives at my desk and reminds me what a kind and caring world we live in. Yesterday it was Support Scent, a range of products that has been developed by Kit Cosmetics in association with Guide Dogs Australia to raise money and awareness for guide dogs and the visually impaired. The unique campaign features a fragrance ($5), body wash ($22.95), body lotion ($29.95) and fragranced soy candle ($44.95), all of which appeal to the visually impaired's heightened sense of smell. All products are simply gorgeous.
Support Scent will be available at Kit Cosmetics from Monday, March 8, with all proceeds from the fragrance going to Guide Dogs Australia and $2 from the sale of each auxiliary product being donated to the cause, too.
You know the deal by now: to accompany our amazing2010 A/W Fashion Week coverage, we're giving you the chance to win various fine fragrances.
Recovering somewhat from our make-believe jet-lag, we're still in Milan, the home of Dolce&Gabbana HQ. Which means we're offering you the chance to win Dolce&Gabbana The One (valued at $159).
Now, who doesn't remember the drop dead gorgeous Gisele Bündchen strutting her stuff in the ad? Clad in gold, looking every inch the kind of woman that we wanted to (and would) become. Created for the woman who loves everything luxe, the sensual scent features notes of bergamot, mandarin, lychee, peach, madonna lily, muguet, jasmine, plum, vetyver, vanilla and ambery-musk. It's divine. And all you have to do to be in with the chance of winning it is share with us in the comments section what fragrance you call "the one"? I have several (oopsie) but one of the more recent head-over-heels scents that I've tried is actually Dolce&Gabbana Rose The One. LOVE.
L'oeil de Chanel ($90), Miss Dior Cherie EDT (from $120), MAC Spring Colour 2 Forecast (from $22; available from March 15), Benefit Bathina Take a Picture, It Lasts Longer ($55; available from March 14).

It might sound like a simple choice but life without fragrance just doesn't bear thinking about . . .
Hmmm. I did not see that one coming. If there's one person I thought would steer clear of the whole celeb scents thing, it's actress Tilda Swinton. She always seems to be left of the middle with her role, lifestyle and red carpet choices; not at all a celebrity fragrance kinda gal, I thought. Wrong.
Tilda isgetting her own fragrance. The scent definitely won't be the kind of fruity floral that we've come to know and love from the genre. Notes include Moroccan neroli, rose, vetiver, heliotrope, musk, mandarin, ginger and pumpkin. The perfume's maker, État Libre D'Orange, is known for ground-breaking scents like Incense, Bubblegum and Fat Electrician so you know that Tilda won't be deviating from her classic kookiness too much.
Are you excited, scared or a little bit intrigued? Will you be giving it a whirl?

Now, the city is Milan (does anyone else feel like they have computer-bound jet-lag?), the fragrance is Karl Lagerfeld Floriental (valued at $70), and every day through Saturday, 27 February, we've got one to give away. Exciting!
Part of Karl's Kapsule collection which features three scents: Floriental, Light and Woody, Floriental's ruby red flacon is my favourite. The juice is modern and subtle, featuring notes of ivy leaves, violet and black tea. All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning is share with us in the comments section what your all-time favourite note/smell is? It could be pink peppercorn or it could be freshly baked bread.
