Jennifer Behr has dazzled us with her oh-so-pretty 2013 Fall collection — Swarovski encrusted-crystal halos, Grecian gold-leaf head pieces and netted face veils are among some of the delicate styles seen in her lookbook. Elle Fanning wore a Jennifer Behr Delicate Vine Circlet headress at the GLAAD Media Awards this year, and just recently, Kate Middleton was spotted in a tiara that reminds us of one of Behr's headband designs. You don't have to be royalty to don one of these swoon-worthy accessories that also look amazing on your holiday shopping (or wish!) list.

We've said it before, and we'll say it again: Spring Racing Carnival is a millinery minefield of what-to-wear dilemmas. We went all swoony over Jennifer Behr's Spring/Summer '13 line, but that was just the tip of the iceberg. The NY-based designer's bridal collection has gone and upped the stakes, offering brides-to-be a plethora of dainty and delicate ways to top off their dream dress. Inspired by the elegance of the early 20th centuary, Behr has used Swarovski crystals, silk chiffons, French veiling and handmade blooms to imbue her headpieces with femininity and opulence. Daisy Buchanan would be proud! If you're looking for something a little bit special for your big day, or just like to look, this beautifully shot lookbook will delight. Best bit? She ships to Oz!
The Great Gatsby finally hit Australian screens today, and to say our high expectations were met is a bit of an understatement. The glitz! The glamour! It's the 1920s on steroids, and it's fair to say that the jewels and headpieces nearly stole the show. From art deco earrings to onyx rings and pearl tassels, it's a veritable feast of incredibly beautiful pieces — no wonder, considering Tiffany & Co. designed the whole lot. We may not all be able to afford Daisy Buchanan's — Carey Mulligan's character — divine headpiece, pictured above (it's, um, the price of a house), but we can all take inspiration from it. You can see all the Tiffany & Co. pieces in store in Sydney, but in the meantime, click through to add some flapper-glam to your collection now!
Celebrities including Solange Knowles, Kylie Minogue and Rachael Taylor turned out for a special screening of The Great Gatsby in New York today, but it was Emma Roberts who stole the hair show. The actress channelled all things feminine with a loose curls and metallic eyeshadow alongside an adorable gold star hair clip. Emma's pretty addition reminded us of Ashley Madekwe's starry hair moment while visiting Australia late last year. Keep reading.
Looking for a little something top off your wedding day look (literally)? Then you might need to meet Jennifer Behr. The New York-based accessory designer specialises in head ornamentation of the prettiest kind. Her handmade, delicate pieces are uniquely feminine without falling into the glitzy/ostentatious/scary category of bridal headwear. Dainty headbands, heirloom-looking barrettes and fascinators with more flirt than fluff — we couldn't recommend her latest Spring/Summer 2013 collection more. Not walking down the aisle? You'll still benefit from checking out her line of races-appropriate head candy.
