We've seen Brad's take on the juice, but in a new and very beautiful short video released by Chanel, we look to Marilyn. The second part of a series called Inside Chanel, we're taken on a retrospective journey celebrating one of the label's iconic products, Chanel N°5. This film, called Marilyn & Chanel N°5, looks at the perfume's long history with '50s sex symbol Monroe, stemming from when she first admitted she wears only Chanel N°5 to bed (so trying that tonight). It's a cool documentary-style video and it's also totally mesmerising. See for yourself.

After all, she was the queen of the red lip and one of the reasons the hue is so popular today. Wearing red lipstick can be daunting, but the key is to wear lip liner to stop it bleeding. Make sure lips are exfoliated and moisturised, then carefully line the lips with a sharp pencil of similar shade to the red lipstick you'd like to wear, and be sure to follow your natural lip line. Then, fill in the entire lip area with the pencil — this will give your lipstick better staying power. Finally, apply your lipstick! She's just been awarded her first Golden Globe for her portrayal as Marilyn Monroe in My Week With Marilyn, and she's stripped down to her lingerie and taken on the platinum bombshell bob, bold red lip and dark lashes again for the February issue of US GQ magazine. Along with talking about her relationship with Heath Ledger and daughter Matilda, Michelle discussed playing the Hollywood icon, and moving away from sexier roles in both TV and film. "I wouldn't say that that would be one of my first qualities as a human being — being sexy . . . and I think because my character on Dawson's Creek was sexy . . . sexualised . . . sexual . . . I saw all the negative attention and connotations that can come along with that. And that those things can keep people from seeing you clearly." It's not the first time Michelle has donned the signature Marilyn Monroe look for a magazine — she appeared in the October US Vogue issue in a similar fashion.
