In the past two days we’ve seen Michelle Williams and Cate Blanchett out and about showing off their shorter ’dos, and the biggest thing we’ve heard about Emma Watson lately is how she chopped all her hair off. Even Anne Hathaway dipped her toes in the pixie cut pool (though hers turned out to be a wig).
It's a big weekend for Aussie actress Mia Wasikowska. Not only is her movie Alice in Wonderland out, she's attending one of the most prestigious events in Hollywood. For the Independent Spirit Awards, she showed off her tousled dirty-blonde hair and only the lightest touch of makeup on her face.
The ladies at the Royal World Premiere of Alice in Wonderland were clearly on two teams: Fresh Faced which was all about the natural nude look, while Made-Up drew slightly more attention with show-shopping eyes. Fittingly our very own Aussie Alice, Mia Wasikowska, opted for a fresh face look topped off with a rose lip, while fellow Aussie Gabriella Cilmi and Anne Hathaway both went down the more-is-more eye makeup route. Whose style do you like?
Mention the name Christopher Bailey and a whole gaggle of A-list girls seem to come-a-runnin'. That was the moral of the story yesterday when, wait for it, Claire Danes, Kate Hudson, Mary-Kate Olsen, Kristen Stewart, Mia Wasikowska, Olivia Palermo and Twiggy showed up front row at A/W '10 Burberry Prorsum.
