It might sound simple, but applying nail art water decals to freshly painted nails is one of the easiest ways to create a nail art look. I used a set of under-the-sea water decals I already had at home, but you can buy similar from craft stores and most large chemists.
I used a base coat, Australis Streak Free Nail Colour in Sweet Pea ($7.95), Sally Hansen Extended Wear Top Coat ($11.45) and Sally Hansen nail art water decals. Other than that, you'll need water, tweezers and some scissors — too easy. Let's go!
