As well as speaking openly about her fertility struggles and showing off snaps of her two gorgeous daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, Nicole talked about her now-MIA signature curls and beauty being more than just skin deep.

On her famous curls: I've actually had the Brazilian blow-out. I had that once. But my whole life has been trying to get rid of curly hair. Yeah any curly-haired girl will tell you that.

On being careful what you wish for: Now, I'm like, I wish the curls would come back but they don't come back in the same ringlety way.

On beauty being more than skin deep: Love — in terms of the goal — is I want you to love my soul. Because we're going to grow old together and all of that will go and if that's what's captured you or has you interested, then we're doomed.

On advice she'd give to her 21-year-old self: Enjoy it . . . Choose love.

Finally! Someone who has 100 percent TOTALLY nailed race day glamour. Can I get a woot woot for Georgia May Jagger, please? The British beauty looked flawless with her big-bodied ringlet curls and statement orange lip. Y'all know that I love me a bold pout and I would've liked to see more of them around at Spring Racing Carnival. She paired her matte mandarin lip with gold-rimmed eyes. Gorge. Throw in a side sparkly headpiece and that picture-perfect skin of hers and it's a winning look from the Invisible Zinc and Rimmel ambassador. 10/10, no?

I was a little surprised to hear that Taylor Swift had nabbed the Sexiest Hair accolade on the Victoria’s Secret 'What Is Sexy?' 2010 list. It's not that I don't like Taylz, I do. Ever since she was actually funny and held her own in Valentine's Day, I've been a bit of a fan, but (there's always a but) her curls stress me out. I see them everywhere.

See, I used to think she was in a bit of a ringlet rut, but digging a little deeper she's actually been semi-versatile with her styling throughout the years. My bad. What do you think, has she done enough to earn the title? If not, who do you think should've won it?
