Iconic Style For Sale : Princess Diana's Dresses Go Up For Auction
Ten of Princess Diana's most iconic dresses will go on sale in London on Tuesday at a charity auction. All beautiful, intricate and timeless, some of the dresses are more recognisable than others, having been immortalised by iconic images that stayed with us long past her untimely death in 1997. The navy Victor Edelstein gown (pictured above) she wore to dance with John Travolta at The White House in 1985 is in amongst the mix, as is a beautiful one-shouldered Catherine Walker gown that cemented Diana's status as a style icon in 1991. Though dresses of the late Princess have been sold before, this is the largest collection to go all at once — the proceeds are expected to reach well over $1 million dollars, all of which will go to charity. Click through to see the iconic pieces now.
50 of Princess Mary's Best Beauty Looks in Honour of Her Birthday
Crown Princess Mary of Denmark turns 41 today, and to celebrate, we're charting her transformation from regular Tassie girl to fully-fledged royalty. Somewhat surprisingly for a woman in her position, Mary switches up her style with ease, wearing her glossy locks curly, straight, up, down, with hats, crown jewels or a hair barrette for decoration. Makeup-wise she plays things a little safer, but there's no denying that she does us proud flying the Australian flag. Check out 40 of her most memorable hair and makeup looks now and tell us your fave.
Kate and William Hit the Rugby — and a formal dinner
Prince William and Kate Middleton were as stylish and sweet a pair as ever when they attended The Autumn International Rugby Match at the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales. Kate was wearing a bright red winter coat by one of her favourite labels, L.K. Bennett — it seems she's quite a fan of the bright colour! The rugby game, which was between the Welsh Red Dragons and the New Zealand All Blacks, was preceded by a formal dinner held to honour injured former players. Kate and William both looked to be in high spirits as they laughed and chatted with numerous guests — their last public outing was a more sombre affair. Kate and Pippa Watch Wimbledon Finals With David and Victoria
The royal box at Wimbledon's finals in England yesterday was full of famous faces. Kate Middleton, in a white look by Joseph, and her sister Pippa sat together in the stands as they watched Roger Federer take on Andy Murray. Both sisters attended matches earlier in the tournament, with Prince William joining Kate on Wednesday and James Middleton by Pippa's side last week. Also on hand were David and Victoria Beckham, who stuck close together during the event. They shared a special moment with Kate when she stopped to greet them before taking her own seat. David and Victoria are in London with their four children just ahead of daughter Harper's first birthday this week.
Prince William and Kate Middleton Take in Some Tennis at Wimbledon
Prince William and Kate Middleton were in the stands at Wimbledon yesterday. The royals watched Roger Federer's victory over Mikhail Youzhny — which will move him on to the semifinals — and stayed for the Andy Murray and David Ferrer match afterward. Kate, who is a big tennis fan, sported a knit Alexander McQueen dress that she also wore during her trip to Canada with Prince William last year. She leaned in close to chat with her husband and cheered and clapped during the action.
It's been 15 months since Kate married Prince William, and since then, the pair have been busy travelling the world and focussing on philanthropic efforts close to home.
Brooklyn Decker, Pippa Middleton, and Royals Bring Star Power to Wimbledon
The stands at the Wimbledon tennis championships in London this week have been filled with famous faces despite the rain. On Wednesday, Brooklyn Decker cheered on her husband, Andy Roddick, as he beat Jamie Baker. During a rain delay, Brooklyn headed indoors to hang out with doubles player Bob Bryan's baby daughter Micaela. The royal box at Wimbledon has also been full with Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, watching Roger Federer take on Italy's Fabio Fognini. Yesterday, though, Pippa Middleton had the privilege of sitting in the royal seats with her brother James. Pippa wore a navy Orla Kiely dress and jacket to check out multiple matches on Centre Court. Last year, Pippa brought boyfriend Alex Loudon to the tennis event, but this time it was all about family since Carole Middleton was also on hand.

Kate Joins Will, Harry, and the Royal Family For the Trooping of the Colour
The royal family gathered yesterday for the Trooping of the Colour ceremony in London. Queen Elizabeth, who celebrated her Diamond Jubilee with multiple events this week, was joined by her husband Prince Philip. He was able to return to his official duties after spending a few days in the hospital last week suffering from a bladder infection. Happily, he was home by last Sunday, his 91st birthday. The Trooping spectacle is the official birthday celebration for Queen Elizabeth, though her real big day is April 21. She turned 86 this year.
Kate Middleton wore an Erdem dress and Jane Corbett hat to participate in the festivities with her husband Prince William and brother-in-law Prince Harry. British label Erdem is one Kate wears frequently, having last sported one of his blue lace designs to a friend's wedding. She role in a carriage during the the Horse Guards Parade, which Prince William was in uniform to ride in atop a horse, and later joined the senior royals for photos on the balcony at Buckingham Palace. Prince Harry caught up with cousins Beatrice and Eugenie, and Kate even shared a sweet moment with Prince Edward's daughter Louise.
