The votes are in and the time has come to reveal the winners of the first ever Bella Fragrance Awards. It was a bumper week where we enlisted your help to decide which recent releases stood strong in their category and unveiled a few sneak peeks of what's to come for the rest of the year. I've just about gotten over not being able to meet Sarah Jessica Parker in person like US Bella did. Just. I shared with you earlier that all it takes to please Ms. Parker is a good foot rub and that she's as obsessive about moisturiser as us (good to know), now she's opening up about that gorgeous mane of her and trying to tell us that she's bad at makeup!

From big and blonde to bobbed and brown, SJP isn't afraid to mix up her style (she even had red hair in the early '90s) but what matters most to her is healthy hair. I think I love her even more.

Tell us about your hair: I'm lucky enough to get to work with Serge Normant (HUGE star in hairdressing land) and he and I have the mutual objective of trying to keep my hair as healthy as possible — which is hard given my particular line of work, when they want to just beat it up every day and put heat on it and blow-dry it. And I like to try colour and things like that, so it's hard to do. I am not complaining because it's part of what I've chosen to do that I love. Keep reading . . .

To coincide with the launch of her new fragrance SJP NYC (which hits shelves here on May 16) US editors were invited to catch up with the leading lady herself. Most unfair. Lucky Miss Bella USA went along to chat with the Queen of Cool to find out her must-have beauty products and biggest beauty indulgences, which kind of makes up for not being invited personally. Kind of.

What beauty products can't you live without? Moisturiser (which she carries with her), "any kind" of lip balm, and mascara. "I love mascara and I'm on an endless search for the right one," she said. "I would like it all — length and volume — with the exact right brush. Every time I find one they discontinue it. How does that help a business?"

What's your biggest beauty indulgence? "Every now and then, there is this place called Angel Feet [that I go to] that's amazing. It's a reflexology place. I don't know about any of that — that doesn't really matter me. The fact is that someone will rub your feet for an hour. I don't care what they find out about my insides or different organs. That goes in one ear and out the other. The fact of the matter is that they will rub your feet for an hour. You just have to find the hour. It's not inexpensive, and it's not highway robbery. It's right in the middle there. It's worth every penny, I will say!"
