Miley showed off her latest ink as she left a Pilates class in West Hollywood on Tuesday. It reads: "So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat." The snippet is from a speech that the then-US President gave in Paris urging people that "It is not the critic who counts."
